_ Tool overview
_ Font Info
_ Plug-in Manager (will need to install and restart)
Show Stem Thickness

_ Draw a Stem. Measure width. Diamonds.
_ Type tool type in a cap H
_ Copy paste nudge, 1 unit, 10 units, 100units, copy paste
_ Copy paste rotate (not at the top but on the side Transitions panel.
_ side bearings set to 50 on each side
_ Draw the serif. Use components for serifs: until you have them settled on.
_ Save the Glyphs file.
_ Draw an E
_ side bearings set to 50 on each side
_ Draw an T
_ Side bearings set to 50 on each side
_ look at words THE ETH ET HE HET
_ Merge the parts of the H
_ Reconnect Nodes 
_ Font info.
_ Name the font.
_ Export to otf file
OPEN your Adobe Illustrator File
HENABOG, henabog

Go to Glpyhs File. Font Window
Delete the H T E designs to be able to start fresh.

Copy the H into the H or the h into the H
Spend some time getting the letters PERFECT.
Same stem thickness.
  • No RED points.
  • Tidy up Paths.
  • Set the Side Barrings.
  • Set the CAP HEIGHT OR xheight.
This is going ot take some time. Do not move onto the next letter until all of this is correct.

From that H make the E no need to copy and paste (you can if the letter is not the same)
From the h lets make the n, no need to copy and paste (you can if the letter is not the same)

Copy and paste your O or o. 
Anchors and handles.
Tidy up paths
